Sangres Best Grass Fed Beef is a seasonal commodity due to the growth of the grass in the state of Colorado. Our beef is available from August through October, however, ground beef is available all year depending on our yearly supply. An early order will place you at the top of our waiting list.

22% grilling steaks, i.e. rib steak; t-bone; top sirloin
35% ground beef
25% roasts and brisket
18% cube steak; short ribs; stew beef; soup bone; sirloin tip
